Our Church is being painted

Yesterday, I went to the church and had a look inside and outside. It's really, really nice. The inside of the church is now a creamy colour (I don't know if that is exactly the colour they asked for) but it looks really good.
The colour of the outside of the church will be changing dramatically. Wait for it - a salmony colour.
This will be wonderful. Churches in Russia are not all white. In fact they are all different colours of the rainbow. It is so beautiful to see. Especially with the planned apartment that will be going up next to us, we need to stand out in amongst the future Vulture Street.
If you have time, pop in just to take a look.
The painter is a really nice Serbian fellow and is doing a most honest job.

Discussions and Things

I want to find out what topics would be of interest as Discussions to be organised. I realise that there are different audiences in our Parish. This has been a important point for me from the start. In delivering the Talks over the last two years it has been noticeable that presentations need to be adjusted for the younger audience, same thing for the older audience.

Father Gabriel and I have mulled this point over many a time. I am open to discussions to be held at any venue at all. The purpose would be to attract listeners from as many different fields of interest as possible.

Comments, suggestions, discussions all welcome.
